		<description>I realize your post was over a year ago....how is you lawn doing now?  Did it survive the summer?  How did it manage with Irene?  I live in Northern Virginia and struggle with the same problems as far as keeping my tall fescue from going dormant and even dying (which set the conditions for weeds to creep in) during the summer.  I planted the fescue last fall and it turned out absolutely beautiful during the winter and spring months, but lost its &quot;composure&quot; during the summer.

 I&#039;m planning to use Kentucky Blue grass this year and see how it goes.</description>

		<description>I have to tell you, the lawn looks great. I didn&#039;t put down any seed and the grass is looking green and lush. We have had a nice amount and rainfall and I put down two applications of fertilizer. Looks good.</description>
